Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what information AlwaysOn ("we", "us") collects when you use alwayson.marketing and the account features behind it, and what we do with it.

1. Information we collect

Account information you give us directly: your email address, and (for social/Google sign-in) basic profile info from that provider.

Business information you provide to set up your AI marketing employee: your business name, website, industry, description, target customer, tone preference, and location — plus content our system extracts by crawling the website you give us, used to draft on-brand content.

Connected account information, if and when you connect a social media or advertising account: the minimum access needed to draft, publish, or manage campaigns on your behalf, as authorized by that platform's own permission screen. We don't see or store your platform password — connections use each platform's official login (OAuth), not ours.

Payment information: when you subscribe, your card details are entered directly into a form hosted by our payment processor, Stripe, and go straight to Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of the transaction (amount, date, plan, and a reference token) for billing and support purposes.

Usage information: pages you visit, features you use, and similar interaction data, collected through our own first-party analytics — we do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell this data.

2. How we use it

  • To provide the Service — drafting content, managing campaigns you've authorized, and delivering your daily/weekly review emails.
  • To generate content: your business information is sent to AI language model systems (ours and/or third-party providers) as context for drafting posts and ad copy. We don't use your business data to train models for other customers.
  • To process payments, through Stripe.
  • To provide support when you contact us, and to send service-related emails (billing receipts, draft approvals, account notices).
  • To keep the Service secure and to diagnose problems.

3. Who we share information with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do share the minimum necessary information with:

  • Stripe — to process your subscription payment.
  • Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in.
  • The social media and ad platforms you connect (e.g. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) — only the accounts you've explicitly authorized, and only to perform the publishing/ad-management actions you've approved.
  • AI/language model providers — to generate your drafted content, as described above.
  • Anyone else, only if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AlwaysOn or our users.

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. You can permanently delete your account, business profile, and drafted content at any time from your account settings — this also stops any future billing. Some records (e.g. payment history required for tax/accounting purposes) may be retained even after account deletion as required by law.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly from your account settings, or by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for essential purposes only: keeping you signed in, remembering your language preference, and protecting forms against cross-site request forgery. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, though the Service won't function properly without the essential ones.

7. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and never storing full payment card numbers ourselves. No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International users

AlwaysOn is available in many languages and may be used from many countries. Your information may be processed in a different country than where you live. By using the Service, you consent to that transfer and processing.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
